Holleedayyyy Pokeswap

As the great said recently, "HOLY SHAT IT'S THE FIRST PICTURE OF 2012!" Okay, not really, since I started sketching this in December and only finished it today. But still. It's my first upload of the new year.

Ariall, I'm sorry about the overall suckiness of this picture, but I chose a terrible time to do this. This is the busiest part of my year, with the school play opening in six days and an all-day rehearsal tomorrow. I only had four Pokemon sketched when I opened it today, and I had to get this thing done. Plus, I've never drawn any of these Pokemon before, so it was hard to get right.

Some things I realized while drawing this picture:
-Tropius is really fun to draw
-Oshawott is surprisingly hard to draw
-Braviary is really fun to color
-Purple for shading is win
-SAI's blur tool=God's gift to man
-Photoshop's smudge tool is so much fun

So yerp. I hate working on deadline, and once again I foolishly decided to participate when I'm really busy.
